What You'll Do: Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately prepared and delivered safely and on time. Your day will include: Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders Managing stock and inventory control Goods receipting and general warehousing duties Loading and unloading trucks Forklift operation Local and on‑farm deliveries Maintaining safety standards and procedures Participating in a rotating Saturday morning roster (approximately once a month) What You'll Bring: You’re practical, reliable and enjoy working as part of a close‑knit team. You’ll also bring: Experience in a store, warehouse or support role (preferred) A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset Full driver’s licence HR truck licence (required) Forklift licence (highly regarded) An interest in agriculture and supporting local farmers What You'll Get: At Nutrien, safety, integrity and growth come first.
