Role & Responsibilities: Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes Tracking of project expenditure against budget Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting Aspiration to train and develop the Contracts Administrators and Juniors within the business Your Background: Must have 4 years experience with a commercial builder Main Contractor experience is a must (ideally with a Tier 1,2 or larger 3 builder) Ability to communicate effectively Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes Ability to train and foster development of team members You will receive: $130k - $175k package Excellent mentoring and gain valuable experience Vast career options Tier 2 Builder experience.
