About the Position: The Forklift Driver is a critical full-time role at Top Line Produce Pty Limited, responsible for efficient material handling that connects field production, storage, and transportation operations. This position ensures the smooth movement of harvested crops, fertilisers, feed, and equipment across our farm and processing facilities, playing an essential part in maintaining productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational safety in our agricultural business. Key Responsibilities: Safely loading and unloading harvested crops onto trucks for transport, as well as unloading supplies such as fertiliser, seed, and equipment from delivery vehicles. Transporting large quantities of feed, fertilisers, and raw materials from storage areas to production sites including greenhouses and barns. Organising, stacking, and storing crates, pallets, and bags of products efficiently in storage, greenhouses, or processing facilities to maximise space utilisation. Providing harvest support by moving produce from the field or around processing facilities and trucks. Conducting daily safety checks, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring forklifts are in optimal working condition. Assisting with inventory control through accurate tracking and recording of incoming and outgoing products. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment by adhering to site safety protocols and clearing debris. Requirements: Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. AQF Certificate 2 or equivalent qualification. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Demonstrated technical skills in safe forklift operation, equipment inspection, and material handling; strong interpersonal skills including effective communication, teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to workplace safety.
