About the role The Demand Manager will take ownership of the global demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment across multiple regions. This is a key role within an evolving planning structure, designed to strengthen integration with a maturing IBP framework. While the position is primarily based in Melbourne’s south-east, there is flexibility to work from home, along with the opportunity to travel internationally a couple of times each year to build stronger connections with offshore stakeholders and markets. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and refine the global demand planning process across multiple regions • Partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and international teams to capture market intelligence and translate it into actionable forecasts • Drive forecast accuracy and continuous improvement across the planning cycle • Contribute to the ongoing development of an integrated IBP process • Support the rollout and optimisation of planning systems and tools • Build strong relationships with global stakeholders, including periodic international travel Skills & Experience This opportunity is best suited to an experienced Demand Planning professional who has operated within FMCG or a related manufacturing environment. Exposure to international markets, combined with strong stakeholder engagement skills, will be critical to success.
