You’ll play a key role in expanding the use of Dayforce across its full suite (excluding recruitment) and optimising integration with PageUp. What you'll be Doing: Managing and enhance our HRIS platforms - Dayforce and PageUp Providing first-level technical support and troubleshooting system issues Creating and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation and knowledge bases Leading testing and quality assurance for system updates and improvements Collaborating on HRIS-related projects and drive system enhancements What you'll bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce & PageUp preferred) Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows Technical troubleshooting and system configuration skills Experience in reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation SQL experience - ability to write simple queries to support reporting and insights Excellent communication and documentation skills A passion for improving HR systems and delivering seamless user experiences Ready to shape smarter HR systems and support meaningful employee experiences?
