You will play a key role in delivering Defence and road infrastructure projects in the Northern Territory, working closely with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders. What you'll be responsible for Planning and delivering key project activities, including short-term lookaheads and program inputs Monitoring project progress, reporting, and maintaining contractual schedules Managing project financials including forecasting, cost control and performance tracking Supporting and supervising site teams to achieve high-quality project outcomes Overseeing contract administration and supporting subcontractor negotiations Driving HSEQ outcomes and fostering a strong safety culture aligned with Safety is My Way Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors What you'll bring Experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction (Defence experience highly regarded) Proven ability to manage packages or sections of works on infrastructure projects Strong contract administration and commercial acumen Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers on site Commitment to HSEQ and experience running pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inductions Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline If you share our values, are driven by teamwork and innovation, and are looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.
