About the Roles Lead Educator (Full-Time) As a Lead Educator, you will take ownership of your room, guiding a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care aligned with the EYLF and NQS. Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of educators Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and centre policies Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture Casual Educators As a Casual Educator, you will support the team across different rooms, bringing flexibility, reliability, and positive energy.
