Working across the Women’s Unit, you’ll play a key role in supporting women and families through every stage of their maternity journey, with the opportunity to broaden your experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. About you We’re looking for Mater midwives who are ready to take their skills into a new setting and continue delivering exceptional care with confidence and compassion. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife, with a strong commitment to safe, high-quality practice Bring dual qualifications in nursing and midwifery, and a genuine drive for continued learning and professional growth Have experience in a maternity or patient-centred care setting, with the clinical capability to step confidently into a regional Women’s Unit Maintain current life support competency relevant to acute maternity and neonatal care Are confident providing comprehensive antenatal and postnatal care, supporting women and families through every stage of their journey Have experience in birth suite and special care nursery, caring for neonates from 32 weeks and above Are committed to continuous improvement, best practice, and delivering care you’re proud of If you’re ready to take your Mater experience somewhere new, this is your moment.
