LI-MV1 The role leads the planning, client service and leads the team on this client patch and oversees the buying and implementation that is managed by 2 managers and a more junior executive who manages all reporting and digital in-platform implementation. Client patch is varied but covers categories in Fashion, Skincare, Retail and CashBack. We're looking for a candidate who has worked across all channels (digital and offline) as the clients in this patch plan and spend across all channels. Having said that, the spend volume is 80% digital focused so the most important channel that candidates have hands on experience in is digital. The client patch spend heavily in paid social in a full-funnel capacity and run VOD and digital activity across the full funnel also. There is also some paid search remit for this client patch. They also do OOH, Radio and some occasional TV. The two managers in the team vary in skillset - one is particularly strong on digital biddable media and the other in digital brands, partnerships and broader offline media. This role will lead the planning on the client patch which tends to be done quarterly or by season (half-yearly). They will receive the brief, pull together the recommended approach and channel recommendation, instruct the managers to brief the media and help craft the final recommended approach. They will oversee the team to ensure all processes are running smoothly, that client deliverables are met and lead client comms. The clients are varied in categories but all are nice and collaborative clients. Great media owner relationships are key also. It's through these relationships we unlock great value and ideas for our clients so a keen interest in building and maintaining good media relationships is a must. This role reports directly into our Head of Client Service. And a summary of the client and team patch is also below: Fashion Planned seasonally and detail provided by quarter. Tends to spend heavily in paid social, digital display and OOH. Like fresh thinking and ideas that are aligned to their brand. Activity is full funnel - brand through to lead generation/ acquisition/ sale driving. Global client but we deal directly with the Australia based team located in the CBD. Fashion-led labels who are seeking someone with an interest in fashion, trends and with a good handle on media to advise them. About 80% of time is spent on this client Retail This is a direct-to-consumer client who sells a variety of retail products ranging from fitness equipment to kitchen appliances. They run paid search via Frontier and this role would oversee the paid search implemented by the team and provide strategic advice and recommendations on how this can be tweaked to improve results. They also run paid social on Meta and are looking for planning recommendations to help them in paid social expansion. ShopBack We usually plan 3 campaigns per year for them. Client is a cashback retail client who is very keen on running integrated partnerships often with radio talent but they also run paid social on Meta and are branching into other platforms and looking for planning recommendations to help them in paid social expansion. Skincare Ad hoc client who is a collection of brands focused on cosmetics and skincare. Brand focused activity bringing new customers into the brands. VOD, digital brand and OOH focused.
