What's on offer? We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Distribution Supervisor to join our Incitec Pivot Fertilisers team in Mackay, Queensland. Key responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations including product receipt, blending and dispatch Lead and support site team members, seasonal workers and contractors Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all work is carried out in line with site procedures Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time Work closely with the Maintenance Coordinator to support plant reliability and minimise downtime Provide hands-on support across site operations as required, including operating plant and equipment Maintain site standards including housekeeping and environmental compliance Support shipping and vessel activities as required The key skills required for this role include: Previous experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within operations, logistics or manufacturing Strong safety focus and commitment to safe work practices Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to step in and support the team Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to plan, organise and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and experience using systems (e.g. SAP or D365), desirable Current driver’s licence How to apply?
