Tree Maintenance Worker (Hydrovac) We are seeking a skilled Tree Maintenance Worker (Hydrovac) to join the Arboriculture team. This role focuses on operating hydrovac equipment to safely expose tree roots, support tree health, and protect surrounding infrastructure. You will also assist with a range of tree maintenance activities, contributing to the upkeep of parks, streetscapes, and public spaces. Key Responsibilities Operate hydrovac machinery for safe tree root exposure Install root barriers to protect trees and infrastructure Perform general tree maintenance, including reactive works and block pruning Support ground operations using chainsaws, chippers, and arboriculture equipment Work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality outcomes Essential Requirements MR Truck Licence Certificate III in Horticulture or relevant horticultural experience Experience in tree maintenance or similar outdoor roles Ability to operate or willingness to learn hydrovac equipment Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Desirable Experience in arboriculture or civil maintenance environments Familiarity with tree root management and protection practices Working Hours First Day Start: 8:30 AM Regular Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Who we are As one of Australia's largest employers, we work with great companies all around Australia and New Zealand to give you the best opportunities to work when and where you want to.
