About the job The Client Learning Coordinator (CLC) supports the growth of Customised Learning Solutions by managing client enquiries, supporting sales outreach, and coordinating high‑quality professional development activities. Reporting to the CLS Manager, the role is the first point of contact for clients and facilitators, managing end‑to‑end logistics for face‑to‑face and virtual learning programs. This includes scheduling, webinar hosting, contracts, invoicing and system updates. With a strong client service and sales mindset, the role also contributes to continuous improvement, maintains accurate CRM records, and builds strong relationships to ensure seamless, professional and compliant learning experiences. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. About you You are an organised and client‑focused coordinator with strong planning and time‑management skills. You bring experience in client engagement, sales or service environments, and enjoy managing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. You have strong communication and relationship‑building skills, and are confident liaising with clients, facilitators and internal stakeholders. You are comfortable coordinating logistics, managing invoicing and contracts, and maintaining CRM records. You work well autonomously and as part of a team, with strong IT skills across Microsoft applications and virtual learning platforms.
