This role requires a principal level BA with 25 years of experience who can confidently navigate complex environments and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on major transformation programs involving multiple LoBs (e.g., Retail, Institutional, Risk, Finance, Operations) Demonstrated end-to-end BA ownership, including discovery, target-state design, requirements, delivery support, SIT/UAT coordination, and go-live readiness Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations Experience working within large banking environments; Westpac experience highly advantageous Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
