About the role You'll work closely with a highly experienced solicitor who enjoys training and developing staff, gaining real, hands-on exposure across a broad personal injury caseload while building your technical and practical legal skills. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting a busy personal injury caseload across workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, and medical negligence Drafting key legal documents including court forms, letters of demand, affidavits, and settlement materials Liaising with clients, insurers, medical providers, and other parties to move matters forward Assisting with legal research and case preparation on liability and quantum issues Organising briefs, evidence, and medical records to support litigation strategy Managing deadlines, court requirements, and day-to-day file progression Working closely with a supportive, experienced solicitor who will guide your development About you Experience as a Paralegal or Law Clerk (personal injury experience advantageous but not essential) Be able to work 4 -5 days each week (Monday - Friday) Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident working with clients and stakeholders at all levels Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team If you're looking for a role where you'll be supported, challenged, and genuinely valued, this could be a great next step.
