Oversee daily store operations. Manage, train and roster up to 4 casual staff. Order product and manage inventory using Xero and Lightspeed. Manage and build on-line sales. Oversee website updates, social media posts and other advertising. Ensure all merchandising is consistent with marketing strategies. Develop and maintain supplier relationships. Input invoices, accounts and payroll data into Xero. Person Requirements: The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate: Excellent customer service skills. Retail sales and merchandising experience. Ordering and inventory control experience. Proven strong communication and reporting skills. The ability to drive a whole-of-team management style. The ability to develop on-going business growth. Proven computer and data entry skills. Although not essential, preference will be shown to applicants also able to offer any of the following: Retail management experience. Clothing industry experience. On-line business experience. A rural background with country clothing and horse accessory knowledge. Invoicing, accounts or payroll experience. A working knowledge of Xero or Lightspeed.
