GBS Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-regarded organisation within the health industry to source an experienced Senior People & Culture Partner for a short-term assignment starting ASAP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to step into a pivotal role supporting a dynamic People & Culture team during a period of transition and change. About the Role Commencing ASAP, this temporary assignment will run for approximately 12 weeks. You will play a key role in delivering high-level HR support, particularly across employee and industrial relations, while partnering closely with leaders to guide them through organisational change. Working within a collaborative team environment, you will support a People & Culture function that includes senior and advisory-level professionals, contributing to both strategic and operational HR outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice across employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters Support leaders with change management processes and frameworks Manage complex casework, investigations, and performance matters Develop high-quality written documentation, reports, and correspondence Partner with managers to build capability and confidence in people management About You Proven experience (5 years) in a senior HR / People & Culture role Strong background in ER/IR, including exposure to unionised environments Demonstrated experience managing organisational change Excellent written communication and documentation skills Ability to quickly build relationships and add value in a short-term engagement What’s on Offer Attractive hourly rate aligned to generous FTE Package Flexible working arrangements (hours and days negotiable) Opportunity for part-time or varied availability across the 12-week period Supportive and collaborative team environment Immediate start available A current Police Check and Working With Children Check will be required for this position.
