Our client is a national civil engineering contractor concentrating on complex and technically challenging remote based infrastructure, rail, and occasionally, marine projects nationwide. Due to continued growth in their Perth office, they have a current requirement for a Perth based Junior / Estimator that can demonstrate a maximum 2-3yrs Estimating experience within the WA civil engineering sector. For this opportunity you will have to demonstrate proven estimating experience in civil projects which could be, but not limited to, earthworks, structures, infrastructure etc. In this role you will be working alongside and assisting the Senor Estimator on projects ranging in value from 2m - $20m. With previous estimating experience you will be self-sufficient in putting together a tender, just not number crunching. Australian experience and being Perth based with knowledge of the WA civil sector is a requirement. To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following: Tertiary / Degree Educated in Civil Engineering / Construction Maximum 2-3yrs Estimating Experience Within the WA Civils Sector. Structures, Earthworks, Infrastructure etc Australian Experience Essential - 2yrs minimum Perth Based with Tier 1 or Tier 2 civils experience Experience in Expert Estimator, Excel, MS Office.
