The Senior ER Specialist plays a critical role in supporting site leaders balancing operational continuity, employee wellbeing, and compliance with legislative obligations across our sites.About The RoleAs an experienced Senior ER Advisor, you will report to the General Manager P&C, taking accountability for providing timely and accurate advice across all aspects of IR and ER ensuring compliance with Fair Work, Enterprise Agreements and policies and procedures. You will bring your strategic approach and operational experience to build on the foundations established developing industrial strategies whilst keeping abreast of IR changes, and the landscape across the coal mining industry. This position is based in Brisbane. What You'll DoProvide timely and accurate advice to leaders on all IR/ER matters relating to coal mining and state and federal legislation.
