About the Role This full-time position is based in our Barton office and works closely with the CEO and General Manager. As Senior Manager, Client & Contract Performance , you will work directly to the CEO managing a portfolio of existing client contracts and play a central role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth. This is a highly visible role requiring regular face-to-face engagement with clients across the Canberra region. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of Defence client contracts Lead contract extensions, variations, and performance management activities Prepare and deliver contract reporting and insights Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement Support business growth through high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction Provide support to the CEO and General Manager as required About You You are a high-performing professional who is organised, reliable, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. You bring a strong understanding of Defence environments and are comfortable balancing relationship management with detailed contract responsibilities.
