About the team and our role Our dedicated Employment & Workplace Relations team advises a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large multinationals, listed companies, and major not-for-profit associations, on all aspects of employment and industrial relations. We pride ourselves on our comprehensive knowledge of employment law and our ability to provide timely, practical advice across the full spectrum of employment-related issues. In addition to our legal expertise, we are committed to delivering innovative technology solutions for our clients. For example, our team designed RemCheck, a digital compliance service that helps employers maintain compliance with modern awards and other industrial instruments by combining legal interpretation, intuitive calculations, and flexible insights to give clients peace of mind about their payroll practices. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking interest from 3rd year law students (or later) with availability to work two days per week to commence as soon as possible. Some key responsibilities will include: Legal research Reviewing, analysing and summarising documentation Drafting legal correspondence and advice Attending client meetings and video conferences About you Successful candidates will be in their third year (or later) of studying law and have availability to work at least two full days per week. Alongside strong academic performance, you will demonstrate well-developed analytical and research skills.
