Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will help build the Mabo Centre’s training program from the ground up. You will design and coordinate learning that strengthens Traditional Owner negotiation capability and drives tangible community benefits. You will also contribute to sector-leading research on native title capability, curriculum innovation, and Indigenous-led economic development. What you will deliver: Support the Training Lead to design, implement and evaluate an innovative training program for Traditional Owners , industry and government Coordinate delivery of accredited and non-accredited courses, MicroCerts , workshops and masterclasses across the Centre’s program. Develop and oversee initiatives that improve access, participation and success for Traditional Owner, industry and government learners. Build strong relationships with Traditional Owners and partners, aligning research translation with training design and sector capability needs. Contribute to high-quality publications, submissions, presentations and events that share the Centre’s training and research impact. You may be a great fit if you : Hold a degree in law, business, education, Indigenous studies or a closely related discipline. Bring substantial experience working with native title or other Traditional Owner organisations and their policy environments. Demonstrate a strong record of partnership with Indigenous communities or corporations, locally, nationally and/or internationally. Offer proven capability in co-designing and coordinating high-quality education courses, training programs or similar learning initiatives. Show experience supporting research outputs, including publications, submissions, presentations and other written or digital communications. Possess extensive program coordination experience and, ideally, postgraduate study related to Indigenous land, sea or water rights. For further information please refer to the attached PD.
