What We're Looking For: A genuine interest in horticulture, landscaping, or outdoor work A strong work ethic and willingness to learn Great communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and capable of manual work Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks safely and effectively This full-time, three-year apprenticeship will see you working across peaceful and meaningful memorial park settings, helping to maintain and enhance beautiful green spaces that support the community. What You'll Do: Work as part of a skilled horticulture team maintaining parks and gardens Learn and perform tasks such as mowing, planting, pruning, mulching, spraying, and more Operate horticulture tools and equipment (with supervision and training) Assist in maintaining lawns, garden beds, and memorial landscapes Gain hands-on experience while completing your Certificate III in Horticulture (Parks and Gardens) The Perks: Full-time wage under the relevant EBA On-the-job training with supportive mentors Nationally recognised qualification Contribute to sustainable green spaces that hold community and cultural significance Uniforms and safety equipment provided
