We are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services across community, home care, and NDIS settings, supporting clients to improve mobility, independence, and overall physical wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans Deliver hands-on therapy and rehabilitation programs tailored to client needs Provide services across home visits, aged care, NDIS, and community environments Implement exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, and functional capacity Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with compliance standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OTs, EPs, and support coordinators Educate clients, families, and carers on injury prevention and ongoing care strategies Ensure adherence to NDIS, aged care, and health regulatory requirements Skills & Experience Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist Demonstrated experience in community, aged care, or NDIS settings (preferred) Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills Ability to work independently in a mobile service environment Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of holistic and client-centred care approaches Employment Details Full-time position Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 superannuation (depending on experience) Location: Maudsland, QLD 4210 and mobile/community-based role
