Role Description This is a part-time position for a Speech Language Pathologist in a hybrid role based in Fairfield, NSW and surrounding areas, with opportunities for flexible work-from-home arrangements and an in clinic setting this year. The responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals both adults and children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role involves developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, closely collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve therapy objectives. Regular progress monitoring, reporting, and documentation are also key duties of this role. Qualifications Strong skills in Speech Therapy, addressing Speech issues, and managing Communication Disorders Knowledge and experience in treating Dysphagia and Language Disorders Ability to develop and execute personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and families Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualifications Current professional certification and licensing in Speech-Language Pathology Experienced or newly graduated professionals are welcome to apply Experience in a hybrid work environment and familiarity with therapy technology is a plus.
