Description Business Analysis and Continuous Improvement Elicit, analyse and validate business requirements with stakeholders Analyse current‑state ("as‑is") processes, systems and data flows Define future‑state ("to‑be") processes, capabilities and operating models Develop fit‑for‑purpose artefacts including requirements documentation, process maps, business cases and user stories (where applicable) Maintain requirements traceability and manage scope and change impacts Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and standardisation Apply continuous improvement and Lean principles where appropriate Support benefits identification, measurement and realisation Project Delivery and Governance Support Work with project managers and delivery teams to support planning and execution of improvement initiatives Contribute to initiative intake, prioritisation and portfolio activities Support testing, implementation planning and change readiness activities Ensure alignment with organisational governance, assurance and compliance requirements Data Reporting and Insights Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform evidence‑based decision‑making Support the development of reports, dashboards and insights for leadership forums Ensure clarity, integrity and accuracy of analysis and recommendations Profile Qualifications and Experience Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end business analysis activities, including requirements elicitation, current‑ and future‑state analysis and development of fit‑for‑purpose artefacts Experience working across multiple business domains and partnering with stakeholders in operations, finance, IT or human resources Experience working in a for‑purpose, public sector or regulated environment Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline Business Analysis certification (e.g. CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or equivalent) Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours Strong business analysis capability, including process modelling and structured problem‑solving Ability to analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data High‑level written and verbal communication skills, including producing clear documentation for diverse audiences and senior leaders Proven facilitation skills across workshops, interviews and working sessions Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a matrix environment Capacity to balance strategic thinking with delivery detail, operating in ambiguity and change Strong organisation skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a continuous improvement orientation Job Offer Competitive salary package Permanent position within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
