Location: Sydney, Australia (National Role) Reporting to: Managing Director ANZ Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven ICT Account / National Sales Manager to lead our Australian sales function and drive growth across enterprise, corporate, and public sector clients. This is a national role where you’ll manage key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored ICT solutions that create real impact. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior sales team members and shaping our go-to-market strategy across Australia. Your key duties will include: Drive Sales & Growth Identify, develop and convert opportunities for ICT products, enterprise software, and managed services Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to grow long-term revenue Develop and present tailored ICT solutions aligned to customer needs Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions Manage Key Accounts Oversee a national portfolio of enterprise customers Develop account strategies to maximise growth and retention Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions Lead & Collaborate Provide guidance and mentoring to junior sales and account management staff Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation Work closely with ANZ leadership to align on regional growth initiatives Shape Strategy & Market Positioning Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and pricing strategies Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements Requirements Essential 5 years’ experience in ICT sales, account management, or business development Proven success in achieving sales targets and closing complex solution-based deals Experience managing enterprise or multi-territory accounts Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills Ability to work with technical teams to deliver ICT solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable Experience across ANZ or multi-country markets Exposure to public sector or enterprise procurement processes Knowledge of cloud, managed services, or emerging ICT technologies Benefits Culture and Benefits: Work with enterprise clients across multiple industries Be part of a collaborative ANZ leadership team Opportunity to shape strategy and influence business direction Good remuneration and commission Fully maintained company vehicle (full use) Great team focused culture Full training in products and sales process Apply Now If you’re a results-driven ICT professional looking to take ownership of a national portfolio and drive meaningful growth, we’d love to hear from you.
