We're looking for Pen Riders/Livestock People to join a well-run feedlot near Dalby. Feedlot experience is fantastic, however, not essential. If you've got the drive, attitude and work ethic, and can work well as part of a team, we're willing to train you. The Role Pen riding, livestock movements, drafting, induction, processing and hospital treatments Monitoring cattle health, identifying issues early and administering treatments Maintaining records using feedlot systems Working within company procedures and protocols Operating in line with low-stress stock handling principles Working safely and in line with WHS requirements What They're Looking For Great attitude and takes pride in their work Enjoys working in a team environment and is a genuine team player Willingness to learn and take direction Good communication skills Horses Ideally, 2 horses If you don't have horses, we've got you covered - plant horses available Horse and tack allowance provided Feed & farrier services What's Included 10/4 roster or 5/2 is available Shared accommodation in Dalby at a discounted rate No dogs permitted at the accommodation Competitive hourly rate (based on experience) Employee discounts (meat, fuel and health insurance) Ongoing training and development This role is not suitable for Working Holiday Visa holders.
