Kanda Children, Youth & Family Services are looking for a dedicated Property Officer to join our team full-time in Ipswich . You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our properties and assets safely and efficiently, supporting accommodation programs for children and young people under statutory care. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of roughly 10-30 properties. You'll work closely with a dispersed team of Property Officers and other internal teams to ensure quality property management that aligns with operational and client needs. Liaise with suppliers, contractors, service delivery & other stakeholders Maintain accurate property documentation, records and asset registers About You Demonstrated experience in property management, building or maintenance, ideally within community housing. Confident using different applications including Microsoft Office suite Excellent communications skills with a genuine commitment to supporting clients and team members Strong attention to detail, organisational & time management skills Hold a Working with Children Check (Blue Card), Licensed Care Services approval (LCS2) and NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain Hold a valid Driver's Licence Want to chat about this role?
