Clinical Lead - Obstetrics & Gynaecology District Health is seeking an outstanding Clinical Lead within our Obstetrics and Gynaecology department to join our progressive team. The Clinic Lead will provide leadership to the O&G unit at Swan Hill District Health supporting continual improvement to the services provided. Key Selection Criteria for this role: · Specialist Registration with the Medical Board of Australia and have fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists. · Demonstrated experience and knowledge of clinical governance and the underpinning framework for safety and quality in health care. · Demonstrated effective communication skills in dealing with patients, their relatives and professional colleagues. · Knowledge of continuous quality improvement activities relevant to practice within clinical discipline.
