ABOUT THE ROLE An exceptional opportunity exists for a Senior Architect (or experienced Project Lead) to take ownership of major multi-residential and mixed-use developments from post-Development Approval through to completion, with a strong emphasis on construction documentation. You will lead documentation delivery, coordinate consultants, and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and efficiency. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Sydney CBD. DUTIES Lead project teams to deliver accurate and coordinated construction documentation from post-DA through to completion Manage and coordinate CC, Tender, and IFC documentation packages Oversee project planning, programming, and resource allocation Drive documentation quality control and adherence to internal design standards Liaise closely with internal stakeholders for milestone reviews and approvals Coordinate consultants and ensure seamless integration across disciplines Attend and document site meetings as required Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, planning controls, and relevant legislation Mentor and support junior team members SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification in Architecture (registration preferred but not essential) Proven experience delivering large-scale multi-residential projects at a senior level Demonstrated ability to manage projects autonomously with minimal supervision Advanced REVIT capability, particularly in construction documentation Strong knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards, planning controls, and DBP legislation Experience coordinating consultants and managing stakeholder relationships Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Strong leadership and mentoring capability BIM leadership experience (highly regarded) CULTURE This organisation offers a high-performing environment where excellence is the standard.
