We are looking for an all-rounder Branch Manager to take the reins of our Padstow or Cranebrook operations. This isn't a "sit-behind-a-desk" role—you’ll be the engine room of the branch, managing everything from counter sales and stock-takes to delivery logistics and high-volume problem-solving. What You’ll Be Doing Leadership: Manage a diverse team across the site (Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Drivers). Operations: Oversee the daily opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and banking. Logistics: Coordinate efficient delivery runs and manage branch-wide stock (ordering, receiving, and stocktakes). Customer Excellence: Lead by example on the counter, handling walk-ins, phone enquiries, and complex supplier/customer issues. Hands-on Support: Jump on the forklift when needed and ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols. Tech Optimization: Utilize our ERP ( HarmoniQ ) to streamline workflows and support your team. What We Are Looking For The "All-Rounder" Mentality: You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves. Whether it's a customer dispute or a stock discrepancy, you handle it. Fast-Paced Capability: Padstow hits up to 100 orders a day. You need to be quick on your feet and a natural problem solver. Tech Savvy: You understand how a great ERP (HarmoniQ) can make a business fly and you’re comfortable using it to its full potential. Licensing: A current Forklift License and the ability to drive a Manual vehicle are essential. Trustworthy & Driven: You take ownership of the branch as if it were your own and aren't afraid to put in the hours to get the job done right. The Reward Salary: $120,000 Super.
