Your new role As the Training Analyst & Designer, you will play a central role in uplifting organisational capability by: Leading comprehensive training needs analyses across core capability areas. Designing engaging, scalable learning programsonline, in-person and onthejob. Developing two-tier leadership programs for both emerging leaders and senior managers, supported by coaching and mentoring initiatives. Creating practical learning pathways to build competency in fields such as policy development, project management, data-related disciplines, classification frameworks and more. Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand priorities, shape solutions, and support the implementation of strategic workforce objectives. You will contribute to building a learning culture that fosters innovation, leadership, and continuous professional growth. What you'll need to succeed A degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline. Deep expertise in L&D theory, contemporary learning design, and capability frameworks. Extensive experience in training needs analysis and endtoend design of learning programs. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate capability gaps into practical learning solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences. A collaborative working style and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
