About The Role Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing store team Drive sales, KPIs and profitability while delivering a premium customer experience Build a strong team culture focused on service, performance and development Recruit, onboard and develop talent to build a strong succession pipeline Manage store operations including rosters, wage control and daily execution Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and brand standards Act as a brand ambassador for M.J.
