The role Reporting to the General Manager Asset Management, this is a critical role in our operation, responsible for providing governance of the assets and engineering systems supporting the Light Rail networks. This will include oversight of the asset management plans, providing high level advice & key strategies on whole asset life asset management. As a senior leader in the business you will lead and coach the team, developing business objectives, preparing budgets and ensure compliance requirements and contractual obligations are met. What You Bring In addition to relevant tertiary qualifications, your background will include extensive experience in a similar role. This will be supported with your exposure to rail infrastructure (civil & track pref.) and network operations to facilitate the assurance of a safe and reliable network. Given the nature of the role you will have strong communication skills to influence and implement change within the business. As well as your collaborative approach you will have the ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing work environment.
