Based in Brisbane’s CBD, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex Windows Server and identity environments and enjoys contributing to a high-performing operational support team. As the Cloud & Identity Specialist, you will provide advanced support across Windows Server Identity Solutions and wider Windows Server infrastructure. You’ll work closely with technical stakeholders, contribute to documentation and process improvements, and assist in maintaining stable and secure identity services across the organisation. This role includes participation in rostered support and occasional on-call duties. Key Responsibilities Support and maintain Windows Server Identity Solutions and enterprise Windows Server environments Provide technical advice to internal clients and peer technical teams Produce high-quality documentation, procedures, and reports Participate in rostered support, including after-hours and on-call when required Contribute to incident resolution, change management, and infrastructure stability Mandatory Skills & Experience Strong experience with Azure B2C and ADFS Advanced PowerShell scripting capability High-level experience with Windows Server and Active Directory Experience in ITIL-aligned Change and Release Management within a large enterprise Strong technical documentation skills Experience administering Microsoft 365 Highly Desirable Experience with Microsoft SCOM Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager and/or Entra Experience with Single Sign-On and Service Principal provisioning Understanding of Conditional Access and security compliance frameworks Relevant Microsoft certifications Apply now or reach out for a confidential discussion | abbie_clarke@data3.com.au Before we jump into the responsibilities of the role.
