About the role We are seeking skilled Mechanical and Maintenance Fitters for workshop, site, and fixed plant projects across Brisbane’s east. These roles support current and upcoming work and include preventative maintenance, breakdowns, rebuilds, and mechanical repairs. Monday–Friday rosters with immediate starts available and long-term potential for the right candidates. Skills & Experience Mechanical fitting across workshop, site, or fixed plant Preventative and breakdown maintenance Interpreting drawings and technical specifications Mechanical repairs, rebuilds, or fabrication support Strong safety focus and reliable work ethic Tickets & Licences Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter / Cert III Engineering White Card (Construction Induction) Forklift Licence (LF) or willing to obtain EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space (advantageous) Unlimited working rights in Australia Benefits $53–$55/hr penalties super Monday–Friday work (early finish options on some sites) Immediate start with ongoing opportunities Overtime and occasional Saturdays available Variety of work across workshop, site, and plant Strong safety culture and team support About the company / Culture Our clients include reputable Brisbane-based and national organisations across heavy industry, construction, and waste-to-resource sectors.
