With long-standing relationships across Tier 1, 2 & 3 builders, developers, and subcontractors, plus an established candidate network, you'll benefit from consistent job flow and immediate earning potential . What You'll Do: Manage and grow relationships with a loyal client base across Melbourne's commercial construction sector Recruit across white-collar roles including Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Site Managers, and Project Engineers Identify and convert new business opportunities within a highly active local market Build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates Leverage a well-established database, strong brand presence, and proven internal systems What We're Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment within a fast-paced, high-performance environment Strong commercial mindset with confidence managing a 360 desk Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail, strong time management, and problem-solving ability Construction recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential Why Marble?
