About the Team: The Junior Graphic Designer reports to the Senior Graphic Designer and is part of the Creative Team. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design/Asset Creation Produce high-quality, on-brand and market-leading graphic design assets across digital and print channels from ideation to finished art. Create, champion and execute consistent on-brand designs, working closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure it aligns back with Sheet Society’s brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with the Creative and Content team for asset creation that is fit for channel requirements. Work collaboratively with the broader Marketing and Digital team on monthly campaign deliverables that follow the style guide; bringing the campaign creative to life in a succinct and commercial way. Work collaboratively with the Ecommerce and CRM teams to develop and iterate elements and templates, ensuring that we always present our brand in market-leading and innovative ways. Design Production Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure that briefs are complete to a high standard. Participating in Creative Review meetings with the broader marketing team stakeholders to ensure all feedback is captured and executed and communicated effectively. Accountability to the delivery of design for daily and weekly deadlines, working within Asana and Slack to collaborate and communicate. Responsible for maintaining the creative asset library, ensuring filing systems and updates are completed for brand and campaign assets. Keep up to date with the customer experience calendar. Due to the nature of the role it is reasonably accepted that work is required to be undertaken after ordinary business hours. This will be managed on a case by case basis with the manager. It's the nature of Sheet Society to grow and evolve, and as such your role may evolve too. Additional responsibilities or duties may be included within the scope of this role at any time to meet the needs of the business. About You: You have a minimum of 1-2 years experience as a graphic or digital designer. A qualification in graphic design or similar (degree level preferred). You have experience working in a retail or eCommerce business and a basic understanding of the digital, paid media and social landscape. Experienced in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma). Print Design experience is preferred. Why? Print support is occasionally needed for in store collateral and signage Excellent communication, collaboration and prioritisation skills. Highly detail oriented. Familiar with work management systems such as Asana, Slack and Google preferred. Aware of current industry and design trends with the ability to take generate these into innovative design solutions. Experience with social media content creation and comfortable in front of camera favourable. Willingness to learn.
