Primary Location NSW - Chatswood Job Description Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Town Planner with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, to join our Wireless Telecommunications team. About the Role Position: Permanent, Full Time Location: This role is open to candidates across Australia, with a requirement to attend a local office at least three days per week. Office attendance expectations may be subject to change and could increase over time. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, lodge and manage Development Applications for telecommunications infrastructure. • Prepare and manage Deployment Code consultation and notifications. • Liaise with council officers, external consultants and internal technical teams. • Undertake preliminary site assessments, including environmental and heritage searches. • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, ARPANSA guidelines and environmental standards. About You • Education: A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline • Experience: Experience preparing Development Applications and Deployment Code consultation and notifications • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Local, State and Federal planning and environmental legislation • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in engagement with Councils and Government agencies, and proficiency in GIS software.
