About the Role We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Client Engagement & Growth Specialist to join the LongView team. In this role, you will be the voice of our clients, connecting with all Property Management (PM) clients to gather feedback, resolve issues, and uncover new opportunities across our broader service offering. Your primary focus will be to identify and prevent service risks before they arise, while also contributing to business growth by collaborating closely with our Sales teams (BD, Advocacy, Home Equity, and LongView’s Investment Fund). Key Responsibilities Proactively contact PM clients to understand their experience and gather meaningful feedback Identify and resolve service issues, ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction Provide structured feedback to team members and their leaders to drive continuous improvement Work closely with internal sales teams to identify and convert new business opportunities Promote additional LongView services (PM, Advocacy, Fund, and Home Flex) Coordinate follow-ups for unresolved issues or deeper sales discussions Support and hold accountability across the leadership team involved in client service calls What You’ll Be Doing Conduct high-quality client conversations (targeting 15 minutes per call, not transactional interactions) Proactively schedule calls to maximise engagement Deliver 20–30 meaningful client conversations per day Develop a strong understanding of each client’s personal and financial situation Balance service excellence with subtle, client-first sales conversations What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Someone that loves spending all day on the phone! A proactive, client-first mindset with attention to detail Ability to identify opportunities through conversation Experience in phone-based sales, customer service, or account management (property or financial services experience is a plus) Confidence in collaborating across multiple teams and given feedback to colleagues.
