Fair Dinkum Fresh is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Meat Process Workers to join our production team If you have experience in meat processing or food manufacturing and are looking for a stable, full-time role in a supportive team environment, we would love to hear from you. Roles and responsibilities: Assisting in meat processing and packing, trimming, cutting and portioning meat Weigh and vacuum-seal raw meat products Lift/carry/push trolleys, cages and tubs of meat, and transfer into trolleys for display Adhere to strict food safety and quality standards throughout the production process Maintain a clean and organised work environment Collaborate with the production team and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily targets Skills and criteria: Previous experience in meat processing Ability to work in a cold environment Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks Able to stand for extended periods A hardworking attitude and the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels Commitment to following established procedures and health and safety practices Sallary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum Full-time positions are available.
