We are seeking multiple Residential and Commercial Metal Roof Plumbers to join our client’s team. With several ongoing and upcoming commercial roofing projects across Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas, this is a great opportunity for both developing and experienced tradespeople. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes. Perform roof inspections and diagnose issues including leaks, flashings, penetrations, and fittings Read and interpret building plans and specifications for accurate job setup Measure, cut, and install sheet metal, roofing components and rainwater goods Install waterproofing systems, including membranes, ensuring full compliance with standards Ensure correct roof fall, drainage and adherence to Australian building codes Communicate effectively with builders, site supervisors, clients and team members Maintain high-quality workmanship while following company standards and safety protocols Fabricate and install metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings Requirements Minimum one-year experience in metal roofing (residential or commercial) Basic understanding of roofing systems and installation practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and willingness to learn White Card Own tools, reliable transport and driver’s licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary around $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience) Immediate start available Ongoing projects across Sunshine Coast Opportunity to grow skills and progress How to Apply Please send your resume to Lachlan.Neill@argworkforce.com or apply via the website.
