Department for Health and Wellbeing – Digital Health SA – Clinical Information System (CIS) Multiple Positions Available – Full Time / Term Contract up to 12 Months $108,347 to $116,216 – AHP3 Overview: The Educator/Training Content Developer is responsible for planning, developing, analysing and delivering role-based learning content that supports Clinical Information Systems (CIS) across SA Health. The role provides specialist consultancy in the design and refinement of new and updated learning pathways and programs aligned to the CIS digital-first training strategy. The Educator/Training Content Developer ensures training and education programs are relevant, role-specific, and aligned to real-world workflows including developing training materials and resources facilitating live training sessions, contributing to simulation and practice environments, and supporting continuous improvement activities. The role works collaboratively with CIS leadership, Training, innovation and Operational Support Teams, and external stakeholders to ensure training solutions align with clinical and administrative workflows, and system design. The Educator/Training Content Developer provides educational guidance to ensure training content is credible, evidence-based, and fully integrated with operational practice to support high-quality patient care, administrative efficiency, and system safety.
