Sale Pepe, located in Brookvale NSW 2100 is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their team. Key Responsibilities: • Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards • Assisting with food preparation including slicing, chopping, mixing and measuring ingredients • Monitoring food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure consistency and high standards • Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations • Storing food safely and ensuring proper stock rotation to maintain freshness • Assisting with plating and presenting meals according to venue standards • Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently • Supporting kitchen operations during service while maintaining organisation and attention to detail About you: • At least 1 year of experience working as a Cook • Strong cooking and food preparation skills • Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum.
