The project: This is a complex, large scale, infrastructure programme in Sydney that will benefit the people and bring a positive impact to the community. Working with an amazing client and talented Mace team, this project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism. You’ll be responsible for: Conducts feasibility studies, advises on procurement and contract strategies, and prepares procurement reports. Applies value management principles and delivers estimating and cost‑planning activities, including ownership of the final cost plan. Prepares and administers contract documents, valuations, variations, and cost reports in line with contract requirements. Manages claims, design‑change costs, contractor performance, and final account agreements. Builds strong stakeholder relationships while mentoring junior team members and improving systems and processes. Supports net‑zero objectives through proactive identification and management of carbon impacts. You’ll need to have: Prepares site instructions, contracts, subcontracts and variations. Reviews scopes, variations and terms to ensure contract compliance. Proven Contract Administrator experience in infrastructure under NEC4 and AS4000. Strong cost planning, analytical and stakeholder‑management skills with solid understanding of contract frameworks and risk impacts.
