The Role: Oversee the day-to-day management of 170 luxury properties (predominately units) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, delivering a level of service that exceeds expectations. Handle rent reviews and lease renewals Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring properties are well-maintained to the highest standard. Ensure all properties comply with current legislation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards. The Person: Proven experience in property management Strong understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
