In this role, you will provide high-level support to customers and staff regarding information management. What You’ll Do As an Information Officer, your day-to-day will involve: Customer Support: Providing advice and services to internal customers related to information management. Data Security: Applying privacy and security controls to sensitive and personally identifiable information. Triage & Problem Solving: Managing service calls and escalating complex issues to senior team members. Process Improvement: Contributing to the development of new procedures and proactively raising risks or issues. Training: Assisting in training team members and customers on how to use information management systems.
