Role responsibilities include Reviewing PV system designs and identifying potential installation issues Conducting site inspections and quality checks across installations Acting as the electrical licence holder for solar installations Providing technical support, training, and guidance to contractors Assisting with fault finding, servicing, and warranty-related work Supporting sales and internal teams with technical expertise Feeding back product and installation insights to improve performance and quality About You A-Grade Electrical Licence Current SAA (CEC) Accreditation (essential) Strong experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, and fault finding Ability to guide, train, and support contractors Strong problem-solving and communication skills Comfortable using digital systems and working across multiple teams Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously What’s on Offer $110K – $120K super company vehicle Company car, tools, laptop, and phone provided Hybrid role: 3 days on the road, 1 day office, 1 day WFH Flexible start times and day shift hours Long-term career progression into technical or leadership pathways Stable, permanent position with a leading renewable energy provider We request that candidates have full Australian working rights.
