IT Support Engineer 95-100K pro rata L2 IT Support Engineer - 95-100K pro rata contract with strong opportunity to go permanent - Sydney CBD About the role Reporting to the IT Technical Support Manager, this role delivers end-to-end technical support (Level 1–3) across end user computing. You will work closely with IT teams, vendors, and site stakeholders, leading issue resolution and supporting project delivery across multiple construction sites. Skills and experience 2–3 years’ experience in IT support or end user computing roles Strong knowledge of Windows and Apple operating systems Experience with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and mobile device management Solid networking knowledge (including Cisco Meraki) Experience with Microsoft Office and enterprise applications support Understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow) Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven problem-solving ability and customer-focused mindset Experience supporting site-based or distributed environments preferred Duties/Key responsibilities Provide Level 1–3 technical support across hardware, software, and applications Support site setups, project delivery, and end user computing environments Manage and resolve service tickets in line with SLAs Maintain asset registers, documentation, and knowledge base articles Troubleshoot network, user access, and system issues across environments
