We are currently partnering with a large, fast-growing food manufacturing business seeking two Planning Specialists to join their corporate planning team based on the Sunshine Coast. This opportunity has arisen due to business growth and internal change, creating both a newly created role and a backfill position. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who enjoys working across both demand and supply planning, partnering closely with sales, production, and operations to ensure accurate forecasting and production planning across a complex manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage demand and supply planning activities to support operational and commercial objectives Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to gather demand signals and translate them into production plans Analyse historical data, market trends, and forecasting inputs to improve planning accuracy Monitor inventory levels and production capacity to ensure efficient supply planning Support cross-functional teams with data analysis and reporting to drive business decisions Contribute to continuous improvement across planning processes About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, supply planning, or production planning Experience working within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets Experience working across both demand and supply planning functions (highly desirable) The ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders Experience using ERP systems and data tools such as Power BI will be highly regarded.
